Justice for Youth: A Night of Solidarity

On behalf of the Newman College Students’ Club, we warmly invite you to our annual Community Service Dinner on Friday, the 8th of May in the Newman College Dining Room. The evening will begin with drinks at 6:00pm, followed by dinner at 6:30pm.

Join us for an evening dedicated to standing in solidarity with young people affected by injustice. All proceeds from the night will support the vital work of Jesuit Social Services and ACRATH, organisations committed to youth justice, advocacy, and the fight against modern slavery and the exploitation of children.

The dinner brings together members of the College community to raise awareness of pressing social issues and to contribute to organisations that respond directly to these needs. In recent years, the event has raised up to $40,000 annually, a benchmark we hope to reach again this year.

Throughout the evening, there will be opportunities to contribute further through both a silent auction and live auction, as well as additional donation options, both on the night and via the online ticketing link.

Together, we can aspire to make a meaningful difference.
