Apply Online
Applications are welcome from any student who intends to enter, or is presently studying at the University of Melbourne. A limited number of applicants are also accepted from students intending to study at RMIT University, Monash University (Pharmacy and Graduate Law), and ACU.
Close of Applications
Newman College does not have an application closure date, but it is preferable to complete your application and submit it as soon as possible, ideally November the year prior to commencing study. Newman accepts applications for mid-year entry.
Offers of Residency
At your interview, the process and timing of selection will be discussed with you. Conditional offers can be made during, or shortly after, your interview based on admission into university, otherwise offers are normally made when a student accepts a place at university. Students who are currently enrolled, or receive an early offer, may also be made an early offer of a place from the College.
