Allan and Maria Myers Lecture brings together the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, Newman College at the University of Melbourne. The lecture honours the extraordinary generosity of Allan and Maria Myers, whose support has long strengthened both institutions. Join us for an inspiring evening exploring the future of brain health, ageing and regeneration at the 2026 Allan and Maria Myers Lecture. This year, internationally renowned stem cell and regeneration biologist Professor Robin Franklin FRS will share his pioneering research into how we might better understand—and potentially reverse—the effects of ageing on the brain.
